Heather has been working in the childcare field for over seven years. With a combination of schooling and experience in a classroom, she has acquired many skills that help her succeed in the childcare field. Heather has been working toward a career in childcare for several years, starting with taking any Early Childhood Education classes that were offered in high school, then continuing her education by acquiring a degree in Early Childhood Education from Waubonsee Community College. Heather does an excellent job working with not only children, but with families as well. Everyone seems to respond well to her warm, caring personality, which allows families to feel comfortable coming to her with anything. To Heather, every family is unique and special and should be treated in such a way. With all these qualities Heather has found her strength in childcare. She is passionate about providing great service, as well as continually growing to reach her full potential.
